This platform is owned by "Al-Rawaabit Al-Saree’a for Information Technology," registered under commercial registration number (1010905896) with the Ministry of Commerce as of 03/01/1445H, hereinafter referred to as "the Company" in this agreement. The privacy policy outlines how the platform and its services are accessed and used. The privacy policy, as outlined below, constitutes a legally binding contract between you (whether an individual or a legal entity) and the owner and developer of the "RETURN-LY" platform.

- Confidential Data: Information requested by the platform from the user or beneficiary when creating a personal account, including the user's personal data – such as, but not limited to, financial information and other confidential data.

Information Exchanged During Communication: When the user or beneficiary communicates with the company, the following information may be collected:
- Requests for support services
- Inquiries
- Feedback
- Complaints
- Usage Data: The user's IP address and details of the web browser version used by the user.
- Additional Information: This information is collected through the user's use of the platform and includes details such as the type of smartphone, technical information about the user's connection to the platform, operating system and version, preferred language, geographic location of the beneficiary (if permitted), the user's address book and contacts (if the user/beneficiary allows it), and other similar information such as details about requested services or products and preferences. This information will be retained if the account is deleted, provided the user allows it.
- Data Generated from Transactions and Services Provided: The platform retains information about users and the services provided to them, such as locations and times when the platform was used, frequency of use, and the platform has the right to retain this information even after the user deletes their account, without linking or associating it with the user’s account.
2. Purpose of Using the Collected Information
The "RETURN-LY" platform collects and uses information from users and beneficiaries for the following purposes:
- Serving the User and Beneficiary: The information is used to provide services and meet the needs requested by the user and beneficiary through the platform.
- Platform Improvement: The information is used to improve the management and user experience of the platform and to develop it in alignment with the required expectations and needs.

- Statistical Compilation: The platform collects data for generating statistics and reports related to transactions completed through the platform, highlighting the platform’s services, value, and the number of services completed.

- Consent: The platform obtains the consent of the user and beneficiary before processing their data.
3. Limits of Disclosure of User and Beneficiary Personal Information
Personal information will only be used for the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of Article 12 above, except in the following cases:
- If consent is obtained from the user and beneficiary for disclosure.

- Transparency: The platform provides the user or beneficiary with clear information about how their data is collected and processed, including the purposes for which it is used.
- Collection of Necessary Data: Data is only collected as necessary for the legitimate purposes required to provide the platform’s services to the user or beneficiary, and unnecessary or excessive data is avoided.
- Data Retention: Data is retained for the necessary period to provide the platform’s services.
- Verification and Updates: Necessary measures are taken to ensure data is accurate and up to date, including verifying the data when collected and periodically updating it.

5. User and Beneficiary Rights
The user and the beneficiary have the right to request any of the following concerning their personal data:

- Delete cookies from the user’s and beneficiary’s devices.

Based on the investigation results, the "RETURN-LY" platform will review and update its policies and security measures if necessary to ensure improved protection and prevent such incidents in the future.
- The company ensures that third parties dealing with the "RETURN-LY" platform, who have access to user and beneficiary data, are subject to the same standards of protection as the company and the "RETURN-LY" platform.
- Neither the "RETURN-LY" platform nor its owning company will be responsible for any incorrect disclosure of user or beneficiary data stored by them due to errors by any party or unauthorized or illegal actions by third parties. They will not accept any liability for damages or losses arising from such occurrences.
- The company makes reasonable and appropriate efforts to ensure that the "RETURN-LY" platform is free from viruses, spyware, malicious cookies, or any other harmful content. However, neither the "RETURN-LY" platform nor its owning company guarantees any liability for damages that may affect the user's mobile device, the beneficiary's device, or any other device used to access the platform, caused by viruses, hacks, or spyware that could lead to theft of user or beneficiary data or credit card information. The user and beneficiary are solely responsible for protecting their devices.
10. Compliance and Monitoring
- The "RETURN-LY" platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia related to data protection, including any new legislation that may be issued. All procedures and policies will be implemented to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the application of best practices in protecting personal data.
- The "RETURN-LY" platform conducts regular internal audits to ensure adherence to this policy and all data protection requirements. The audit includes reviewing all processes and procedures, assessing the effectiveness of security measures, and identifying any gaps that need improvement or resolution.
